Careers

Would you like to work for a company that places its highest priorities on treating each other with the dignity and respect we all deserve? Here at Northland, we value the qualities that we each bring to the job and empower our employees to work from their heart, always seeking to make decisions that are right for the patient and for each other. Would you like to work for a health care provider that is making a difference in people’s lives? The work we do – providing reproductive health and abortion care – isn’t for everyone, but if you think it may be for you, please … read on.

We believe that we are helping to make the world a better place because we provide the absolute best and most compassionate reproductive health and abortion care. We believe that the world is a better place when people have the freedom to make their own decisions regarding their bodies, reproductive options and sexuality. Respecting and maintaining these freedoms is our mission.

Being a part of the Northland team is a rare privilege. At what can be the most vulnerable time of a person’s life, they come to us and asks for our help. By coming to Northland, we are promising each and every patient that we will not judge them and we will provide accurate information in a compassionate environment. Even though most people know what is best for their lives sometimes, through our support, we help bring out that inner voice so the patient can make the best decision for themselves. We recognize this as a tremendous honor, whether the decision involves pregnancy options, STI testing, birth control or any aspect of reproductive health care.
