Since the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe vs Wade, abortion is banned or severely limited in many States. Northland continues to offer both first trimester and second trimester abortions up to 23.6 weeks from your last menstrual period (LMP). If you are 11 weeks pregnant or less, we also offer Medication Abortion which some people prefer because it allows them to complete the process in the comfort of their own home.

Choosing an abortion is never an easy decision, but it is vastly more difficult when you are forced to travel to another state.
